Returns Policy 


A.) You have the right to return products purchased, without penalty and without being obliged to tell us why you wish to return the product within 7-calendar-days from the date you receive your goods. 


"According to EU legislation, the consumer may cancel a service or return an item within a certain time. This is known as« cooling - offperiod »and is normally seven days from the date of purchase. A EU citizen has a similar legal support when buying online.'s EU Directives 97/7/EC and 2002/65/EC on "Distance Sales" are intended to ensure that, having the same minimum level of protection regardless of the domicile of the supplier in the EU "


Returns are accepted on condition that: 


- The products you wish to return in the same condition in which you received them, but that they be unsealed, used or has violated the packaging, not dirty or altered, or is in any other state than the original. 

- Contacted the same day or next working day by our online store 

- The product is accompanied by the receipt or invoice (with despatch to the relevant appropriation) 


In each of these cases, the return of any product must be made within seven (7) days of receipt of the product. 

The PCevolution not accept, allow or accept any responsibility for returns made over more than seven (7) days of receipt. 



B.) You have the right to return products purchased and ask for a replacement: 



1. The cases where a demonstrable fault of PCevolution sold the wrong products. 

Two. If the product is defective or failed without the fault of the customer, if confirmed first error from the manufacturer / dealer within the timeframe of the warranty covering the product. 


* Normal time confirmation and replacement of the defective product from the dealer / manufacturer is 3-10 business days to consider a few cases to 15 working days. 




The products have already been used can not be changed or refund under any circumstances. 

Not acceptable for return consumables such as: parts / accessories, cables / adapters, etc. 



Return process 


One. Package the product in a larger box to prevent any damage during transport. [In case of DOA please place what was contained in the package (eg cables, manuals, cd, etc) as shipped to you in their original packaging]. 

Two. Place inside the package that you create the necessary documents proving the transaction (eg Invoice - together with Despatch, Receipt Retail etc). 

Three. MONO send the parcel via courier agency (courier) from which you received your order, consideration Returns Department within that period.
