What are the exact dimensions for clothing?

For all merchandise, size information (S, M, L, XL) is provided. As these are official collectibles and not standard fashion apparel, they usually feature a regular to loose fit.

Pricing & Discounts

Can I get a discount for buying 2-3 items?

We keep our prices as low as possible from the first unit. Unfortunately, we cannot offer extra discounts for small quantities.

Special prices are only available for bulk wholesale orders exceeding 20 pieces per item code.

Spare Parts

Are the spare parts (screen, battery, etc.) genuine?

Authenticity is clearly stated in three places on the product page: Title, Description, and Technical Specs > Manufacturer. If the manufacturer matches the device brand, the part is 100% genuine.

Orders & Cancellations

Why is "Cash on Delivery" not available?

To ensure the lowest prices in the market, we have adopted a "Payment before Dispatch" model, similar to major international e-shops. This helps us avoid costs associated with unclaimed shipments, which would otherwise inflate our prices.

I requested a cancellation. When will I get my money back?

Once our sales department confirms the cancellation, the refund order is sent to the bank within 10 business days.

Note: Interbank processing times may add extra days, which are beyond our control.

Why can't I cancel a "Pre-order" or "Expected" product?

For products marked as "Expected" or "Pre-order", cancellation is not possible after 1 business day from order submission. This is because these items are a special order placed specifically for you, which we prepay to the supplier immediately after the first 24 hours.

Alternative: If you no longer wish to wait, you always have the option to exchange your order with any other item currently in stock in our warehouse, ensuring you get your products without delay.

Software & Electronic Licenses

I paid recently. Why haven't I received my license yet?

Electronic licenses are delivered automatically within a few hours after payment confirmation. Please check your Spam folder. In rare cases of restock, delivery may take a few days.

Can support prioritize my request if I'm in a hurry?

We maintain a strict priority queue based on submission time to ensure fair treatment for everyone. We strive to resolve all issues within 1 business day.
